Having already had some experience with kamaboko and kanikama the other day, I checked the ingredients on the back of the chikuwa.

I confirmed that only Kibun’s chikuwa was gluten-free.
The other manufacturers used dextrin. Many non-flour ingredients contain gluten, but I have already learned the name of this dextrin.
The other makers have different weights, but the unit price is about the same, as the other makers have 4 sticks of chikuwa, and Kibun has 5 sticks.
